Annie Boyer is a ceramic, fiber and print artist. She has been working in all of these media for many years, but continues to return to fantasy creatures and imaginary plant life.
Annie is currently pursuing her MFA in Ceramics at Hood College in Frederick MD. She holds a Master’s Degree from Maryland Institute, College of Art in Baltimore MD and a BA in Art Studio from University of MD, College Park.
Annie is a full time high school ceramics teacher in Montgomery County MD public schools. She has also taught in Frederick County Public Schools, at Glen Echo Park and the Delaplaine Arts Center in Frederick County.
She has participated in many individual and group art shows, has done craft shows for years and has had a wholesale fiber business.
Annie is a Maryland native, and has lived in NYC, Brooklyn and New Jersey. She currently lives and creates in downtown Brunswick MD with her family.
